song of the snowdrop
this is a collection of portfolios depicting the versatility in my style. there is, however, one signature element that binds them all to one root system; the depth of emotions one of which is pain. pain is the one emotion we notice the presence so vividly because of its destructive nature. it seeps into the core of our being in such a way that we don’t know how to rid ourselves of it. so, we resort to all that is external, and the result to that is like that of, applying a band-aid to cure cancer. what i have found through my own journey is that by looking inwards, there is something strangely powerful in taking something so chaotic and turn it into some form of art where others can find refuge knowing someone else out there has put together the puzzle pieces of their brokenness so beautifully together; like looking in a mirror that shows you your insides, but you’re not afraid of what you’ll see, because of the softness in which it’s presented.
